Couple in-person Session

Service Description

I will start out our first session by explaining the process of counseling and talking about confidentiality. We will have a chance to get to know each other. For individuals I will ask you to share the basics of the problem you are coming in for. For couples I will ask you each to tell me your own version of the problem and what solutions you have already tried. I will also ask you to let me know what you hope to accomplish in therapy. At the end of the session I will suggest you go home and think about the experience and if you decide my services are not a good fit call me and I will provide
